Our club is dedicated to developing soccer players who embody the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and passion for the game. We are a well-organized and well-funded club with a variety of programs and initiatives that allow young athletes to realize their full potential. As our club has grown, so too have the opportunities for giving of your time to support the programs and initiatives MVLA San Jose champions. Whether you are looking to volunteer or simply want to get more involved, we would love to hear from you.

At MVLA, we know that our community is what makes us strong. That’s why we offer various volunteer opportunities that span the entire year, giving members the chance to get involved and give back. Whether you are interested in coaching, helping out with tournaments or simply lending a hand at community events, we have a place for you. All of these activities provide opportunities to not only show your support for your team but also to build lasting and positive relationships with our athletes and their families.

REQUESTING VOLUNTEER FEE REIMBURSEMENT
Once you have fulfilled 6 volunteer hours per player per season, you may request credit, donation or reimbursement of the $125/season volunteer fee. Please complete the Volunteer Reimbursement Request Form below. It also may be used to confirm volunteer hours if you have received financial aid.

Fall 2023 Volunteer Fee Reimbursement Request Deadline is December 1, 2023. If your player is returning in Spring 2024, a credit will be issued to your Fall 23/Spring 24 invoice. If your player is not returning for the Spring 2024 season, you will receive a refund. All refunds will be processed after December 4.

Spring 2024 Volunteer Fee Reimbursement Request Deadline is June 15, 2024. If your player is returning in Fall 2024, a credit will be issued to your Fall 24/Spring 25 invoice. If your player is not returning for the Fall 2024 season, you will receive a refund. All refunds will be processed after June 15.

Requests will be processed only if the Volunteer Reimbursement Request Form has been completed and submitted.
Note to families that received financial aid: The aid you received was grossed up to cover the volunteer fee, therefore you are not eligible to receive the volunteer fee back. You are still required to meet the 6 hours per player per season to receive ongoing aid for future seasons.
