Noah McKonon

Coach Noah McKonon

MVLA San Jose is thrilled to welcome Maxwell "Noah" McKonon to our coaching staff. Coach Noah holds a U.S. Soccer B License and brings college-level experience from his time as an assistant coach at Duke University, where he helped develop players competing at one of the top levels of NCAA soccer. He brings that same standard to MVLA San Jose: high expectations, detailed technical training and a focus on helping players understand the game, not just play it. Coach Noah believes that strong habits, hard work and a love of the game are the foundation of every player's growth, and he's excited to help our players reach their potential on and off the field.
